1. General Overview & Commercial Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, supply, and delivery of silicone molded components, plumbing washers, O-rings, pipe fittings, sanitaryware, and kitchen installations sold by Allied Agencies (Proprietor: Mr. Suthakar Thangarajan, GSTIN: 33AJDPS6265K1ZU) through our physical trade counter in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, and our online platform.

2. Orders, Invoicing & Dispatch

• Pricing: All trade counter and retail prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of statutory GST unless stated otherwise.
• Dispatch Timeline: In-stock orders are processed and handed over to courier or transport logistics within 24 to 48 business hours from our Nagercoil warehouse.
• Official Billing: Every dispatched order is accompanied by an authorized tax invoice containing our GSTIN (33AJDPS6265K1ZU) and verified HSN product codes.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We stand behind the engineering excellence of our silicone sealing products and branded plumbing lines:

• 7-Day Return & Exchange Window: Customers may initiate a return or exchange request through their customer dashboard within 7 days of verified parcel delivery.
• Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original packaging, uninstalled, without thread abrasions or physical damage.
• Refund Processing: Approved returns are inspected and credited back to the original payment method or bank account within 5–7 business days following receipt at our trade counter.

4. Product Quality & Warranty

Allied Silicone Washers are fabricated from 100% pure vulcanized silicone formulated for continuous thermal operation from -50°C to +200°C and rated for up to 25 Bar hydrostatic pressure. Standard manufacturer warranties apply to all branded third-party appliances and fixtures (Jaquar, Astral, Ashirvad, KAFF, VIKING).
